Jesus’ parables invite believers to move beyond simply hearing God’s Word to truly listening with attentive hearts. In a distracted world, familiar truths can be missed when we stop noticing how God is speaking, leading, and working in ordinary moments. Like good soil, a receptive heart pays attention, responds in faith, and bears spiritual fruit. Prayer is where we quiet the competing voices, remember our identity as children of God, and hear His blessing again. When you pray “Our Father,” you come home to the One who has loved you all along. You are loved. You belong.
